A Constitutional amendment stating that corporations are not people and money is not speech. Corporations are property with none of the rights of people but only obligations to shareholders AND TO THE PUBLIC WHOSE GOVERNMENT GRANTS THEM CHARTER. It is the responsibility of government to regulate them and hold them accountable for any harm they do. Government responsibility also includes creating legal tender and regulating it especially when it threatens the processes of our republican democracy.
