We the people have the right to know if the foods we are purchasing from our grocery stores are genetically modified. We are only asking that the labeling allow us to make a choice of whether to purchase GMO food or pass it by. Labeling is the best way to allow us to make the decision for ourselves.
Why is this important?
I believe GMO food is extremely dangerous for human consumption. I do not want any of the people I love eating GMO food without knowing that it is GMO. I think is only fair to give us the people the tools to make Informed decisions by requiring labeling.
