We are extremely disappointed in the unfair change to our Holiday schedule bidding process. This unreasonable change and lack of understanding or caring about staff input and preference lends itself to a very unhealthy work environment. We provide excellent patient care every day, and Holidays. To suggest anything different and refusing to work with your staff to address any potential issues there may be is disingenuous and disrespectful. We demand you immediately return to the long standing past practice of our Holiday bidding procedure. (by seniority and by preference)
Why is this important?
Regions pharmacy leaders need to address the above mentioned issue in an effort to gain back our trust and improve our working environment. All deserve a healthy and happy workplace.
