We Want A Referendum

We, the undersigned, being electors in the Town of Bethany, do hereby petition that should the Planning & Zoning Commission adapt Open Space Housing District Legislation, a referendum will be held to approve or disapprove the Commission's actions. This legislation has permanent consequences which will forever alter the character of Bethany and is too important to be left in the hands of a few officials.
