I believe Moses Jakubowski should have the same rights other students do, to attend the High School he's formerly attended and re-join the classmates he's known since 4th grade. We are joining the request to bring Moses back to our local High School.
Why is this important?
It is the continuation of our request to bring our special need son back to the school and classmates he was with for five years. He is now in a non-inclusive program (totally different) and we believe wrong and harmful to him. He is not with the classmates and non-disabled peers (per the IDEA) and they have him on a bus for one hour and twenty minutes one way,
