Over the Memorial Day Weekend, use the Electronic Message boards on all California freeways and highways to Welcome Home our Veterans/Heroes. California has not had any welcome home ceremony for our Military men or women yet. Other cities and states have had parades, etc. Let's do something uniquely Californian to welcome them home!
Why is this important?
California has the largest electronic message board system in the nation. Usually it displays innocuous messages; over memorial Day, why can't they be used to welcome home our heroes? It is a revenue neutral, but highly effective way to welcome home all of California's returning(ed) military men and women.
