Wells Fargo: facilitate solutions, not foreclosures

Wells Fargo has foreclosed on two families, from Woodland and Citrus Heights whose homes could probably have been saved if the bank hadn't failed to follow through on talk of modification -- and still could be saved now. But Wells is stonewalling. The families demand that the bank to rescind the foreclosure in one case, buy the other house back from the "investors" who now own it -- then reinstate and modify the loans as it should have done long ago -- to its own benefit as well.

Why is this important?

As a volunteer attorney, I'm trying to help two different families whose homes were foreclosed due to Wells Fargo failing to do its job. Public pressure could drive the bank to do what it should now.
