Wells Fargo's & USA's Mistreatment of Veterans
My clients are both veterans who have to short sale their home due to being reassigned by the military. After waiting over 10 months, they finally had a buyer who agreed to a $189k counter offer by Wells Fargo but Wells Fargo closed the file 3 hours after making this counter offer and made my clients start the entire 10 month process over from the beginning in order to get the same offer approved. Needless to say the buyer backed out and my client is now stuck trying to find a new buyer and NO ONE from Wells Fargo will give my client an answer as to what happened. This is no way to treat the people who protect and serve us all, including those at Wells Fargo. Please sign this petition asking Wells Fargo to stop it's disrespectful and dismissive treatment of our Veterans!!
Also, send a message to the President and to Congress that if you are going to move our Veterans around the country in order to prepare them to protect our Country, some mortagage protections should be put in place that will allow them not to have to face the financial hardships that deployments and reassignments cause them.

Wells Fargo intentionally closed a file that was verbally agreed to that caused these veterans to lose the buyers that wanted to buy their home.
