Please stop this inhumane action. There has to be a less severe way of testing underwater such as in water areas where these magnificent sea mammals are known not to swim. In addition, what other fish and ocean living things will be affected?
Why is this important?
Navy to deafen 15,900 whales and dolphins? And kill 1,800 more? Please stop this inhumane action.
