The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania should announce its official endorsement of the scientific consensus on human-caused climate change. It should call upon President-elect Trump as one of its graduates, and all Wharton School graduates, to align with scientific consensus on this uniquely grave issue.
Why is this important?
A President-elect's denial of climate change is a threat to us all. The Wharton School is the only institution of higher learning which Donald Trump attended (earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 1968). Consequently, the Wharton School should send a message to Trump that it holds its graduates accountable to accept scientific consensus on climate change.
