Call the United States President,Mister President,or Madam President,Everybody and stop being so disrespectful of the Rank.
Why is this important?
Only if a United States President is impeached or convicted of treason,should he be called by his first name,for example "Yo Barack,How is it Shaking",is wrong.A Commander and Chief,should always be addressed as Mister President ,first until he or she,says "Call me Old Man,or something.Let's get back to respecting the office of president,maybe he can do his or her job and get down and dirty and do the job.
