Banks needs to work with owners for a better setlement of the foreclosure or short-sale and not for the bank benefit (profit) only
Why is this important?
We lost our house, we try a short-sale and Bank of America don't accepted the offer ($365,000), and later after they foreclouse us, they sold the house for ($309,000) about $56,000 dollars less from the short-sale our real estate agent submited.Bank of America, do not negociate with nobody, they don't care. We need to stop Bank of America to keep steeling peoples money and dreams
