Why is this important?
Only black station in Harrisburg, Pa. closed due to alledged bad funding. African-American citizens of Harrisburg, Pa. have never been allowed to have an individualism from an artistic or musical standpoint. Why has this genre of music always been dangled as a carrot on a string in this metro area?
