WI must cast it's electoral college votes by percentage of votes for each candidate.
The "all or nothing/winner take all" method for casting our electoral votes does not serve WI or any state well. The effect of this method ensures that not all of our voices are heard and creates an atmosphere where gerrymandering is an effective tool no matter what the popular vote is.
To stop the gerrymandering and ensure that every vote counts we must adopt legislation where WI will divide it's electoral votes by percentage of votes for each candidate. For example, if 60 % of WI votes are cast for the Republican candidate, and 40% for the Democratic candidate, then 6 electoral votes will be cast for the Republican and 4 for the democrat. Rounding and votes for independent/green party will also be taken into account.

Why is this important?
Everyone's vote should count, the Electoral college is outdated and gerrymandering is out of control.
