Unless the NRA works with Congress and the President to enact the President's limitations on guns, then Congress and the President should support a constitutional amendment to eliminate the Second Amendment
Why is this important?
We need more reasonable limitations on the excessive killing guns. If the NRA doesn't want to work with the government in creating those limits, then they should be given a dose of their own medicine with an extreme remedy of eliminating the constructional amendment that empowers it.
