Bystanders effect act; friends or not friends?

My son has recently passed away on May 26th of 2015 due to a drowning incident. He was fully clothed and was also among friends at the time it happened. To this day, nothing definite has been said to me or my family as to what exactly lead up to his drowning. We do not know definitely how it happened with my son and why. So I am raising an awareness about Wolves in Sheep's Clothing, a disguise that people wear to lure you into other directions. This is happening on U.S grounds, where people are being befriended and mislead by friendships when incidents occur as the end result and we must pay attention to it .There is always someone who knows something, yet there are not enough efforts or help when it comes to such cases. The families have to look for services and provide for themselves to get the help or raise the money, when some may not have the money or resources. In certain cases like these, they go cold and unsolved. Families will never know what actually happened to their love ones as a result they give up, yet they still live with it every day wondering what had actually happened and why.
We are still waiting for answers.
