We, as Woodsmoke Ranch lot owners, must know why the increase in fees for the coming year have happened. We need an accounting for this added expense. We recently paid an assessment for pool repair which were not finished on time due to poor vetting of the company in charge of repairs. Also, WHY are so many owners allowed to bring UNLIMITED guests to use the amenities, therefore making said amenities unusable for owners that have no guests. Why can’t we have a limited amount of guests using a wristband system or similar per lot?? We, at WS, are tired of the increased fees and assessments and nothing to show for it but a crowded park, overcrowded amenities and deteriorating infrastructure. We want transparency and an improved system for guests as well as contractors doing work that WE pay for.
