Create a legal distinction between full and part time employees, for all workers. As of now there is no protection under the law for workers that work 40 plus hours a week yet are listed as part time employees by their employers and therefore not eligible for company benefit plans.
Why is this important?
As a common working drone I have known many people who have though I tend to end up being in a different boat. Generally speaking I am starting this petition because the common worker supports huge megabucks corporations on their backs and are usually lead along like a mule with a carrot with attractive benefit plans, that they have no intention of delivering on. I stand for integrity as does this petition.
