Our Fourth Estate is being bought, paid for and manipulated by moneyed interests to the point that the real point is being hidden. In this case the "fear of losing money" is enough to bring negative results in the form of the truth being kept from the public. Isn’t that supposed to be the purpose of public broadcasting.
Why is this important?
"Citizen Koch" was pulled from a national public television broadcast for fear of losing future funding from David Koch. Public Television should answer to viewers and not to moneyed interests who manipulate commentary and news daily to promote their own interests. The abuse of promoting half-truths is creating the division seen across our country today. Help bring truth back to the public and public broadcasting by signing this call to action.
