Please sign this petition to support the Use Permit application to allow a state regulated dispensary to replace the existing vacant check cashing/KFC building on 32nd & Shea in Phoenix, AZ.
This location meets all of the zoning requirements outlined in the City's ordinance and will have no negative impact on the surrounding area.
To the contrary, Swell Farmacy is proposing to make major improvements to the property and to the building. Replacing a vacant building with a prosperous business with a proven track record is a positive thing and will only help to promote redevelopment in the area.
Most importantly, this dispensary will provide a safe and secure location for state approved patients to obtain their choice of alternative medication. It is not open to the public. Only cardholders will be allowed entrance into the facility. There is no on-site consumption and loitering on the property including the parking lot is prohibited!
