I have learned that Bellmore-Merrick CHSD does not have a zero tolerance policy against death treats made on students lives. I know in today's world we must change that. As a community we need to have a ZERO TOLERNACE POLICY FOR ALL DEATH THREATS MADE TO ALL STUDENTS AND ANYONE WORKING IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT THAT WILL BE MET WITH MANDATORY SUSPENSION.
Why is this important?
I am starting this petition to protect all of our children & staff. Personally this is very close to my heart as a threat was made on my daughter . THE CONSQUENCES THAT THE ASSALANT HAD TO FACE WERE EXTREMELY LIGHT AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO FACE IN SCHOOL SUSPENSION.
