Against SB 820 & SB 821

I am starting this petition to express how we feel about SB 820 and SB 821. We think that these bills give no consideration to the safety of Oregonians and makes our state more vulnerable to predators with lesser consequences for their actions. We have one of the highest per capita rates of offenders in our state already, and this bill does nothing but leave the public more vulnerable to high-risk offenders. We need more people to evaluate these offenders and a more effective system that lets the public know more, not less. We ask that you vote no on these bills. Thanks
