Congress and the President should enact emergency legislation to allow all Americans with a 401K, Roth, etc. to make a one-time withdrawal from their retirement account without IRS penalty. This will allow many people to have access to more money to meet their monthly household needs while businesses and jobs are shut down during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Why is this important?
This is important to allow people to stay afloat as we’re forced to socially distance ad not work during the Coronavirus pandemic.
