Alter the first amendment to protect our children
The recent ruling regarding the possession of AI-generated child pornography is morally wrong. The principles of the First Amendment protect moral rights. It was never the intention of the Constitution to allow for experimental deviance. No parent is able to maintain complete control over their child's image. We are no longer able to prevent our children from being victimized, even when they are safe in our care. If even one child is victimized, that is reason enough to act. To leave our nation's children in this state of vulnerability is morally reprehensible.Thomas Jefferson said " The chief purpose of government is to protect life." If the United States is not willing to protect its own children, it is no longer a government at all. It is a facade that is not worthy of obedience. If the government of the United States requires acts of citizenship, we require acts of government. We require laws that protect the natural order—that order being, most fundamentally, the protection of children. Anything less is tyranny.
We require that the First Amendment be altered to protect the images of children. Freedom of speech cannot extend to minors whose consent cannot be given for the use of their image.We demand that the First Amendment be amended to protect minors' images. Liberty encompasses not just freedom of action, but an environment that perpetuates the proper enjoyment of freedom—including freedom of the mind. It is heinous to leave children in a position where their parents cannot protect them. Freedom of speech and the press must never be equated with the generation of child abuse.We require that closed AI software be trained to recognize the images of children and reject their use for image generation. There is no gain of enough value to prevent this ratification.

If our forefathers were willing to go to war for representation, what will we, their progeny, do to protect our children? For the continuation of your own position, we exhort you to action.
