BRASI LAW #JusticeforBrasi

On June 27th 2023, I received the devastating news that my son was found underwater and didn’t have a pulse , after doing my own investigation while waiting for the Glynn County Police Detectives to do their job, I discovered due to the negligence of 2 adults that were supposed to be supervising my children my son had drowned ! 45 MINUTES MY SON WAS UNDER WATER & Glynn County Police Department refuses to charge the two adults with any kind of negligence, negligent homicide, cruelty to children NOTHING instead they want to close the case and rule it a “Tragic Death” due to their being NO LAW in GEORGIA making the responsible be held accountable. Even though they did not have a room at the hotel , they were not guest , employees at the hotel . The detective waited two full months after the incident to finally get a statement from the individuals after they’ve been avoiding law officials, detective refused to talk to the witnesses present at the time to collect statements. I had to encourage the law to do their own job to conduct a forensic interview being my 2 children were there ages (7) & (6) being it’s been 2 months since the tragedy and they just got their statements after requesting on my own valuable information they didn’t get to discover. The two adults responsible have been partying since the tragic incident living life freely and no charges are being made ! I NEED YOUR HELP bringing charges to the two individuals and help Glynn County Police Department to realize there is no such thing as a tragic accident in the death of a 4year old. For any parent , friend or relative that they may lose their child in the state of Georgia in the hands of someone else GEORGIA doesn’t have any laws to protect the INNOCENT YOUTH ! My son Brasi Muhammad deserves Justice !
Why is this important?
I pray no other parent has to go through this , but in the case where you will, Georgia has no legal laws in place to make individuals responsible for the death of your child.
