Asylum – seeker, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, and nearly 200 other unidentified immigrants were wrongfully deported to the CECOT gang prison in El Salvador. In Abrego Garcia's case, the current administration has admitted to making “an administrative error.” No evidence was reported concerning illegal behavior on the part of any of the men, nor was legal due process followed.
SECOT is NOT a prison; it is a modern concentration camp! According to the American Bar Association's General principles governing imprisonment in the U. S, humane conditions are not being met.
Mr. Abrego Garcia, and the other detainees must be returned to the United States and given due process of law.
