Bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia Home

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a longtime Maryland resident and father of three, was illegally deported to a notorious megaprison in El Salvador—despite a U.S. immigration judge’s ruling that he should remain in the country.

Even after the Supreme Court ordered that Kilmar’s deportation was unlawful, Trump and Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele have refused to comply. Instead, they doubled down—laughing off the ruling, smearing Kilmar as a “terrorist,” and refusing to take action to bring him home.

Kilmar’s deportation was the result of what the Trump administration called an “administrative error.” Yet rather than fixing that mistake, they’ve condemned him to indefinite detention in CECOT, a prison infamous for inhumane conditions, where human rights experts warn of torture and cruel, degrading, and inhumane treatment.

Why is this important?

Kilmar is not alone. He is one of over 250 immigrants deported without due process, as part of Trump’s $6 million deal with Bukele’s government—a plan to funnel immigrants, often with no criminal record, into El Salvador’s prisons under the false label of “gang affiliation.”

Now, during Bukele’s visit to the White House, Trump is trying to expand this secretive deportation pipeline, using U.S. taxpayer dollars to outsource human rights abuses abroad.

We demand the Trump administration comply with the Supreme Court ruling and immediately bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia back home to his family. No one should be disappeared into a foreign prison without evidence, trial, or justice.

Add your name to condemn this illegal and horrifying abuse—and call on Trump and his officials to stop this inhumane deportation scheme.
