Change New Hampshire’s cell ban in public schools

This is important because the current law is far too restrictive. The law states that all students must have phones away from the start of the day to the end, including non-class periods. Most people, including parents and teachers, agree that it is way too much and must be fixed. Especially since it stops kids from communicating with parents in the case of an emergency.
