Demand Hand Counts and Forensic Audits of the 2024 U.S. General Election Results in Swing States
We, the undersigned, demand hand counts and forensic audits of the results of the 2024 U.S. general election in swing state (AZ, GA, MI, NC, NV, PA and WI) precints to verify that all ballots were counted correctly before the results are certified.
Across the country, and especially in swing states, voters are voicing concerns that their ballots were not counted and that the election results "do not add up." At the same time, an estimated 20 million fewer votes were tallied for Democrats, despite record registration, strong early voting and high turnout at polls on Election Day.
In Centre County, PA, initial ballot tabulations were low, despite high turnout. It was found that 13k votes were not counted after scanner systems were unable to communicate with tabulation systems following a bomb threat. Once the unaccounted for votes were added, the outcome of the election substantially changed. According to cybersecurity experts, scanner issues can be a sign of system hacking. Additionally, computers that tally votes or compile results are vulnerable to hacking.
To verify the election results, hand counts and audits are needed in precints with unusual results. The scanned output of the vote totals should be compared with the total number of voters given ballots. Hand counts should also be done to ensure that every vote is counted correctly. Also, tabulation systems and software should be forensically checked to ensure that it was not hacked.
