Most ebay sellers have now been forced into using the new listing tool which has been detrimental to sellers. The new tool is very glitchy and have dramatically reduced the amount of listings we can create in a day due to dealing with glitch after glitch. Many of us have reported dozens of times these glitches but NONE have yet to be resolved months later. The classic listing tool which we want back worked amazingly well without glitches. Businesses are going under because of the inability to list new items. We will gladly accept the new tool once it's actually functional.
Why is this important?
If you are experiencing the same glitches I am then I know it's dramatically affecting your business. I've went from 10-20 listings per day down to 3-5 listings per day due to having to deal with the mountain of problems the new tool brings. Ebay has so far ignored our plea's to fix the tool and it's time to take action.
