Feral Cat Removal

The feral cats in our neighborhood have multiplied tremendously and is currently growing out of control. These feral cats are turning our lawns into litter boxes. They are coming into patio areas peeing, pooping and knocking over things. These feral cats are laying on the resident's cars and scratching the surfaces of our cars. Residents I have spoken to the area are also concerned about dogs that find poop as "treats" and could possibly be infected with bacterial/parasites as it is everywhere. The sprinklers have not helped as we all know they do not work and need attention. All the excess food everywhere is attracting ants, possums and raccoons too which carry rabies along with other parasites and diseases. We have approached the people responsible for the feeding and they stated they have no intention in stopping feeding these cats and have done so for 8 years. We were also told it's "kitty season" and that was not going to happen. These cats need to be relocated to a different area safely and humanely. The bottom line is that they are diminishing the value of our property and overall community. Please Help!!
Why is this important?
People should join so we do not see our community taken over by feral cats.
