Why is this important?
The team has had no real advancement in the tournament in over 5 years. He does nothing but bring in a bunch of high-school kids with the only goal being to get them to the NBA. It's a noble gesture but at Kentucky we don't care about lottery picks, WE WANT CHAMPIONSHIPS. 1 championship since he's been here and the last Final Four was in 2015. We'll never get anywhere close to winning a championship again unless this action is taken and we move on from him as the head coach.
