Fix Destiny 2
After all the years of Support from the Destiny community, the state of the current game is in a very regrettable form. The servers are inconsistent. The content promised to the player base is non existent. The monetization is at an all time high, and there seems to be no end in sight. The game we all love and have supported faithfully for the last 9 years is dying. But it doesn't have to. The community needs to take a moment to reflect and decide if Destiny is worth fighting for. All of Bungies effort seems to be directed at Marathon now, abandoning Destiny and the player base that made it possible. Hopefully this petition falls into the lap of someone at Bungie who recognizes the issue and aims to satiate one of the most loyal player bases in video game history. We want new crucible maps and game modes as promised. We want server stability as promised. We want our investments into Destiny to effect Destiny. Not be ignored and pushed into other projects completely. This betrayal has not gone unnoticed and we have the power to change that. Speak up. Fight for the game we love. Don't allow Bungie to keep us from their promise for us to Become Legend.
Why is this important?
Destiny is one of, if not the, greatest game franchise of all time. It's world and lore is second to none and the environment created over the years has a special place in all of our Hearts. We want nothing more than for this game to succeed and thrive well into the future. But shady corporate tactics have taken advantage of its player base as of late and Destiny needs to return to its former Greatness.
