To let all students, regardless of ability, access all spaces.

All elevators on campus should be working at all times. If there is a key to the elevator, it should be in the building. If an elevator is not working, the administration should send an email to the entire campus that the elevator is down. The email should include when the elevator will be operational and a campus wide email should be sent when the elevator is working.
