I am asking for the CAP canal to be fenced off and barbwired with No Swimming and No Trespassing signs throughout the entire canal my son drowned and died along with his best friend who tried saving him many families also have suffered from unawares of the canal being unsafe kids die from lack of knowledge and I want a law passed to protect others from tragedies like mine
Why is this important?
It’s important that this change happen because the death of my son destroyed me and my family and other families
