Amend Presidential Eligibility to Match "Good Moral Character" Immigration Vetting!
Draft a BILL TO AMEND current and woefully inadequate PRESIDENTIAL ELIGIBILITY
(Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 OF THE U. S. CONSTITUTION)
in accordance with, at a minimum, standards already published in our Immigration Policy Manual;
Chapter on CONDUCT AND GOOD MORAL CHARACTER (CGMC) VETTING
(Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 OF THE U. S. CONSTITUTION)
in accordance with, at a minimum, standards already published in our Immigration Policy Manual;
Chapter on CONDUCT AND GOOD MORAL CHARACTER (CGMC) VETTING
Why is this important?
The readiness and resilience of the Military and Department of Defense are severely compromised under the leadership or command of any person who boasts about sexually assaulting women. Such behaviors violate military Sexual Harassment Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Training, the military Code of Conduct, and Warrior Ethos. Provocations from any officer or enlisted members are egregious violations resulting in disciplinary consequences if not removal from the service. For any Commander In Chief to give blatant (and broad-based) examples of conduct inconsistent with military bearing, esprit de corps, readiness, and Standards of Command Climate is a hypocrisy that has severely harmed our country at home and abroad.
