Reinstate Chief Freeburn
We, the undersigned residents, taxpayers, business owners, and supporters of the Town of Barrackville, respectfully request that the Town Council take immediate action to reinstate our former Police Chief to his position.
We are deeply concerned that he was forced to resign due to what many residents believe was unnecessary overreach by the newly elected Town Council. Decisions affecting public safety should be made with transparency, accountability, and the best interests of the community in mind.
By signing below, we respectfully ask the Barrackville Town Council to:
- Reconsider the circumstances surrounding the Chief's resignation.
- Restore public confidence through transparency regarding this matter.
- Reinstate our Police Chief to his position so he may continue serving the residents of Barrackville.
We believe our community deserves leadership that values fairness, transparency, and the voices of its residents.
