Why is this important?
Over 85% of House Democrats have shown their support for immigration reform by cosponsoring the new House immigration bill (H.R. 15). Still, Rep. Lois Capps (CA-24) has yet to add her name to the list of supporters.
California has been a leader when it comes to immigration reform, and Rep. Capps should represent the millions of immigrants who call California home by cosponsoring this legislation.
