Replace Trump with Andrew Cuomo

Impeach Donald Trump again for his incompetent and dangerous handling of the coronavirus, and replace him with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who is obviously much more competent handling New York's response. I can't see how this can happen according to the U.S. Constitution, but if Trump took an extended trip to Mar-a-Lago, perhaps Andrew Cuomo could move into the White House and take control of the Federal coronavirus response before anyone noticed, thereby saving potentially millions of lives.

Why is this important?

It's life or death now. Do you really trust Donald Trump with your life? Andrew Cuomo would save millions of people from a painful death.
