Save Charlotte Stages

Please sign this petition asking local government for financial assistance (CARES Act money) to help support Charlotte independent music venues so they will be able to return and reopen safely.

Why is this important?

Music venues not only provide entertainment and a gathering place, they also improve their communities and help heal the pain so many are dealing with during these extraordinary times. If venues do not get assistance, many will have to close their doors permanently. That must not happen. Please sign our petition and show your support. Thank you.

How it will be delivered

Social media and email lists of all venues and the artists that play them.

Reasons for signing

  • Because saving our local venues is important to me especially snug! And the bailout should include bars! Because they are business that serve the community we love! There is no reason to neglect and pick and choose who gets help! We all need help! And its the Government responsibility to act accordingly and with fairness and dignity for all venues/ bars! So do the right thing!! It’s ridiculous!!
  • Education & Economy: I want you to vote to remove trump and Mitch McConnell out of the Oval Office today. Flip the senate and take back the White House today. Education and Economy reopening all states and cities. Government Reopening all states and cities around the world and counties. Returning students back to school this year. Let’s Help to stop and slow the spread of virus.
  • It's a great local place to watch bands - don't take this one down too, like they did with The Double Door!! Ugh!
