It is an opportunity to assure that vision care is truly comprehensive and includes detection and treatment for binocular vision problems, attention to how long and well a child can focus on the printed work. We believe 25% of our children and likely more struggle to read because their eyes are not working well together and the struggle to maintain focus makes concentration and memory problematic.

  • Students Are Adults When They Are 18 Years of Age
    In recognition of the right of all to receive the best possible education the United States of America can provide we ask that the Department of Education change the "Parent Plus" loan program to the "Student Plus" loan program. Allow any student between the ages of 18 and 24 to borrow the funds necessary to bridge the gap between grants, scholarships and the total cost of their undergraduate education without a co-signer from the Department of Education and its contracted loaners.

  • No tazing for people with autism
    I have a son who has autism and tazing them do not work all it do is make then up set and hurt them.I feel that the police need one person train for 3 months in autism.And when a call come in that person with autism the trained police offices need to be thier and be on call 24/7.     We are petitioning to save Jeff Wood from unjustly being put to death by the state of Texas on August 24, 2016 for a murder he did not commit. Jeff was charged under the controversial Law of Parties. He was not the shooter in this crime, nor was he even in the building when the shooting took place. This unjust law states that even though a co-defendant may not have killed anyone, he can still face the death penalty, because of the actions of another person. The actual shooter in this case, Daniel Reneau, has already been executed by the state of Texas.
