We need the permit for 200 N 14th (AKA 2 BERRY STREET) billboard construction to be denied. Stop all future development in the McCarley Gardens/Fruit Belt Community until the developers institute a master plan that will address the impact on the sewer system, traffic, density, and type of property, to ensure that the community doesn't become overcrowded and affect the health, safety, and livability of the residences.
