I'm urging you to stop squeezing every last dollar from customers to pad your Wall Street profits. Just months ago you proposed a $5 per month debit card fee and it was widely rejected by the public. So now you're trying to start a $25 per month checking fee? Enough is enough. Please reject this unnecessary monthly fee.

Stop considering Mandatory Minimum Sentencing in New Jersey and keep the Balance in our Justice System and don't waste taxpayer dollars.

We, signed below, hereby request the validity times of the 16-25 (Young Person’s) Railcard without incurring minimum fare to be extended. The minimum fare of £12 applies before 10am on weekdays through most of the year. The Railcard was intended to help young people with the costs of their travel. During past few years the mentioned time was being regularly increased together with the Railcard’s price. Many of us use trains to commute to our educational institution’s campus. Most courses, however, start well before 10am. In these circumstances, majority of the 16-25 Railcard holders will not benefit from it at all. As students we already incur a lot of debt and with fares rising every year and being unable to use discount, many of us will be unable to attend education courses anymore. It already is very hard for us to make ends meet. In other European countries students receive statutory discounts for rail travel of even 51% and they do not need to pay any minimum fares at all. Therefore we are asking to modify the terms and conditions of the 16-25 Railcard in the way so they allow us using the card without incurring the minimum fare during school days.

Teachers need to be making a living wage based on their education credentials and tenure.

The state legislature should restore the $600 million in budget funding for K-12 Education that were cut in the last two years.

To revise the law on pricing conflicts . To add contractor to insurance checks for the approved damages.

We ask our elected legislators to reject Governor Malloy’s proposed education bill and instead: • Require that teacher evaluation plans use multiple indicators of student academic growth and development that truly measure the most important aspects of teaching and learning that go beyond achievement as measured by state test scores. • Include educators in the development and implementation of local evaluation plans with a system of alternate dispute resolution to decide unresolved issues, resulting in the highest professional standards. • Continue to allow towns to exercise control of their school districts as they see fit, as opposed to penalizing small, rural districts.
