Now, the President’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows states "We are not going to control the pandemic." In other words, forget about saving lives now; where other countries have succeeded, we cannot. This is governmental reckless behavior. They don’t care how many people they kill on the road to a vaccine which, they promised, we would have by now. We think that Trump’s reckless governance in the face of this virus constitutes criminal recklessness. Knowingly, he and his administration have exposed us to grave risk of danger that has demonstrably resulted in loss of life. THEREFORE, WE CALL ON MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, LAWYERS, AND STATE ATTORNEYS GENERAL TO INSTITUTE APPROPRIATE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.

Wrapped up in the hype of their own 24 hour news cycle, many in cable news seem to have lost sight of their essential role in a healthy democracy. They are now the People's primary access to information in order to make intelligent choices. Without access to actual, unbiased, well researched information making wise decisions is challenging if not impossible. If the media continues to be motivated primarily by advertising dollars without considering the source or intent of that money, Democracy will suffer. Democracy has been the most successful form of government in history for a reason, it must be preserved. The stories that Cable News chooses to run create and support a narrative. That narrative, whether it be fear or hope, colors the outlook and perspective of the American people. Especially if it is repeated, relentlessly, and amplified. Using fear for political gain, or for ratings, causes damage. As an emotion, fear intrinsically decreases productivity in a company, and in a country. This is but one logical reason among many for a change in the way things are done. Since Democracy doesn't have a voice of its own, this petition will help create one. The School was just tagged w “PERVS WK HERE” after the Guardian wrote an article entitled “Third-grade Teacher Promotes Gender Confusion in Classroom.” The article bashes the School, the teacher and the student. The incident started when he and his father was drinking in public at a bus shelter which would have warranted the officers citing him for open container. The circumstances surrounding the death of this man is unclear. However, a large ceremony was held for the K9 dog which had news coverage, flags at half staff, the works. The justice department should be included in the overseeing of this incident
