WE MUST PASS A LAW TO RESTRICT THE AMOUNT OF GUNS ON THE STREET AND INCREASING THE GUIIDELINES TO OWN A GUN. IN THE CASE OF NANCY LANZA THAT HAD MORE THAN 3 GUNS IN THE HOUSEHOLD. I HAVE MANY QUESTIONS THAT I WOULD LIKE ASK. HOW WERE THESE GUNS KEPT? WERE THEY LOCKED IN SECURE PLACE? HOW MANY PEOPLE HAD ACCESS TO THESE GUNS? IN MY OPINION, OUR CHILDREN SHOULD NEVER HAVE ACCESS TO THESE GUNS. IN SUMMARY, WE MUST REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF GUNS IN USA. THERE MUST BE MORE RESTRICTION FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HAVE WEAPONS.

Please sign this petition to support the Use Permit application to allow a state regulated dispensary to replace the existing vacant check cashing/KFC building on 32nd & Shea in Phoenix, AZ. This location meets all of the zoning requirements outlined in the City's ordinance and will have no negative impact on the surrounding area. To the contrary, Swell Farmacy is proposing to make major improvements to the property and to the building. Replacing a vacant building with a prosperous business with a proven track record is a positive thing and will only help to promote redevelopment in the area. Most importantly, this dispensary will provide a safe and secure location for state approved patients to obtain their choice of alternative medication. It is not open to the public. Only cardholders will be allowed entrance into the facility. There is no on-site consumption and loitering on the property including the parking lot is prohibited! We are asking that employers be required by law to institute a new hire training program for employees that are going to be full time long term employees. That the starting wage be specified as $12.50 per hour and increased every 90 days by $2.50 per hour until trainey reaches a $25.00 per and is granted full time status.
