Nathan Dunlap is scheduled to be executed in Colorado the week of August 18, 2013 unless Governor Hickenlooper grants him clemency. In the alternative he will serve life in prison with no parole. No one has been executed in Colorado since 1997. All three inmates currently on death row in Colorado were sentenced by the same court in Arapahoe County. It is time to end a barbaric practice of killing under the guise of demonstrating that killing is wrong. If killing is wrong for individuals, it is also wrong for the People of Colorado, and its brewmaster Governor.

Why should any customer of JPMorgan Chase Bank be charged a $6.00 fee if they do not have any direct deposits to their account in a statement period or they choose not to use their debit card at least 5 times during that period? This is just another way for the banks to make easy money off of their customer's and the fee should be eliminated since it serves no purpose other than to make more profits for the bank at the customer's expense.

As a customer, I am writing to encourage your company to look into a recycling program for your prescription bottles. Prescription Bottles are generally made of #5 plastic, which most cities do not take by curbside recycling and it ends up in the garbage/landfill. An effort like this would be HUGE and would reduce the waste of the thousands of prescriptions being picked-up daily and around 4 billion prescriptions filled in retail U.S. pharmacies per year. Plastic #5 is also known as PP-Polypropylene and is highly resistant to photo degradation and will not decay for at least a few hundred years. I am encouraging your company to continue showing environmental leadership by launching a program where customers can bring their prescription bottles back for recycling. Most Whole Foods have drop off bins for #5 plastic and are part of the the Gimme5 Program.
