Nothing less than complete and total transparency is required if we are to be capable of living up to this "by and for the people" notion. Tenants rights have been violated regularly within the state of New Jersey with basically no assistance from the local or state watchdogs. Our rights must be protected to ensure that the habitability laws are enforced so that our lives are protected from unscrupulous landlords/slumlords who have no regard for human life or condition.

The legalization of cannabis will benefit the people with that deeper study of the benefits that cannabis truly has. It would open up many jobs and cut down on the unemployment rate and give jobs to people who have medical problems where medications are not effective. It would also, like Canada, get the country out of financial debt.
