Ask Congress to enact "The National Emergency Energy Act" making it illegal for Oil Companies to export gasoline before National needs are met. Eliminate speculation mandating buyers of Oil to take delivery or risk confiscation.

This petition if enacted would limit the USPS mail processing and delivery to first class mail only all other mail classifications would be privatized and processed and delivered by private non-governmental entities. The cost of processing and delivery of non-first class mail would be set by competitive process on a state-by-state basis without Federal government subsidy.

The Legislative Branch of the United States needs term limits of two years. Health benefits need to be limited to Medicare. Retirement benefits need to be limited to Social Security. All laws apply to all legislative members.
