Ask Congress to enact "The National Emergency Energy Act" making it illegal for Oil Companies to export gasoline before National needs are met. Eliminate speculation mandating buyers of Oil to take delivery or risk confiscation.

This petition if enacted would limit the USPS mail processing and delivery to first class mail only all other mail classifications would be privatized and processed and delivered by private non-governmental entities.
