Shade for Farm Animals in Arizona

We, the citizens of Arizona, would like to have legislation to protect farm animals against the summer heat in Arizona. There needs to be a law enacted that would protect farm animals if they are left in the Arizona sun with no shade or protection during the summer.

Why is this important?

There are no laws to protect farm animals from animal cruelty. There is no law that state you need to provide shade for farm animals. That means that cattle, horses, etc. can be left in the blazing Arizona summer sun with no protection for their hide. There is nothing any humane organization can do because there is no law against it.
