Stop the bleeding of small businesses in California

To please consider incentives for those hurt business owners that want to continue in business or for those wanting to sell their business.
It will provide a comfort that is desperately needed now.
An idea similar to what SBA did, which ended in September. For business buyers (in turn helped business sellers) SBA paid the first six months of payments.

A better option for us here in California would be assistance with rent payments to landlords. Many small businesses have been on a free fall with many months of back rent with no end in sight. The longer the pandemic continues the harder it will be for them to catch up.

Why is this important?

I am a Entrepreneur and Business Broker.
Since the pandemic began I have been witnessing the terrible impact on small businesses and it is devastating.
Just recently I have witnessed the hope vanish in the eyes of many business owners that were trying desperately to stay afloat.
The pandemic has impacted them drastically in the ability to operate. Businesses are getting strangled with the current restrictions, and if continued, they will eventually be forced to close. If they do manage to stay open, they struggle to find employees. The labor pool has been completely diminished.
